As a certified Affordable Housing Specialist, I am equipped with knowledge of programs and other alternatives that help make home ownership in Texas affordable and sustainable. I also have access to additional resources for Texas Heroes/First Responders (including Teachers). Home ownership is possible and I am here to help you get there!
Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA)
Determining property values depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and approaching the pricing assignment from various perspectives. As a Pricing Strategy Advisor, I am certified to guide you through the anxieties and misperceptions that you may have about home values.
Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES)
By definition probate is the legal process for the transfer of assets-houses, cars, stocks, bonds, boats, etc.-from the deceased person’s name to his or her estate so they can be sold or distributed to the heirs. I am certified in this process and will help you and your family with it respectfully and with care.

Learn your needs and find homes for you that fit your criteria
I want you to have the house YOU want! From the beginning we will go over what it is you are looking for. I will also check in with you from time-to-time to see if your criteria has changed. I want you to be happy with your decision and I'll do all I can to ensure that you are!
Advise and suggest based on your stated needs
Once I know what you are looking for I can use my experience to offer advice and suggestions that will help you along the homebuying journey! It's completely up to you if you choose to take the advice or not.
Negotiate and advocate on your behalf
There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to ensure you have a smooth homebuying experience! Whether it's speaking with your Lender or the agent representing the other side of the transaction, I work for you and will do all I can for you!
Provide resources, information and referrals as needed
